He excells at the backend. He could not immediately recall some details related to frontend technologies (React) and his frontend code was not as efficient as expected, but it was functional.

Summary

David is a very good full stack engineer. While it was not originally highlighted on his CV, our interview revealed that he does have experience with Flask, MongoDB, and Kubernetes as the customer requires. He can readily build both on the frontend and backend. He was able to communicate clearly and has leaderhip skills as evidenced by his history leading projects for fintech and e-commerce clients. He would love to be challenged with complex algorithms.
